Labor Day Weekend!

Well, girls it's going to be a long weekend with labor day coming on Monday. But I am guessing not long enough really. So.... what's everyone doing? I thought of a good day for me that is!

I would start by leaving the house in my chic little car with my best bud. We would roll the top down and take off with our hair blowing in the wind. LOL! Start by taking a little trip in the countryside and admirng all it's beauty.

Stop at a few Flea Markets on the way home. See what goodies they have interesting!

Once getting home, I'd go relax in the sun and take a dip in the pool!

At night have a romantic dinner with my boyfriend and relax by the candlelight maybe looking at the stars!

Ok, sounds corny I know. But ....hey I can dream of having a home, car, pool and more that looks like this right? Enjoy your weekend!

Country Living

Hey everyone- How's your day going? Your going to have to help me out because I can not think of the woman's name who decorated her lovely home here, but I know she has blonde hair and all of these photos were published in Country Living magazine. I just can't think of it.



Anyway, it looks like she does a lot of redocorating. Who has this kind of time and money? I sure wish I did. The first two photos are the before and then the rest are the after. I wonder what she did with all the before stuff? I would have loved to have looked through and bought some of it. I love the country kitchen Feel!





AFTER: Yeah, like she really needed a makeover before. But I think I do like the after better.

Eileen- this has to be one of my favorite home designers! The work has such beauty in all her designs. I love the way the beautiful and bright colors seem to pop. It accents the neutral color she has going on in the rooms. What do you think of her Designs?

"ICE HOTEL"

I KNOW- Can you believe it? When I first saw this Ice Hotel I thought it was some sort of Joke. I was like "What- No way!" But then I kept reading and it's true- People actually sleep there. Every year in places such as Sweden, Canada and a few others they build a new Ice Hotel. It's constructed all by snow and sculptured blocks of ice. It's all so unique and beautiful. I wonder how long it takes to construct? They also have a wedding chappel, an absolute bar, and warm clothing given to you at the door to change into. My only question is where do you go when you need a bathroom?

~Back to School~

Oh, How I wish I lived back in the good old days when Times just seemed so much happier. You didn't have to lock your doors, not as much violence on the streets and in schools, and days just seemed more simple. What has happened? I am worried of sending my child to school when he starts next year and he will only be in kindergarden. I am keeping him at home this year and told him I would teach and learn things with him. So we went out to the store and bought all sorts of school supplies. He was so excited- it was so cute!

I have started back to school also. I am in my 3rd year of college. I can't believe it actually because I never wanted to go. I just went straight to Hair school and graduated. But I am now going to college hoping to major in Sonography. This is where you do the ultrasounds on pregnant women. So sorry Bloggers but I will probably be spending less time on here with this busy schedule and all, plus I have to go to work. UHHH...... so much to do.... so little time!

My little girl just turned one back in May but she thinks she has to learn with her big brother. She climbs up in the chair and then eventually the table to see what all we are doing in his studies. So she ends up coloring and playing along which is good. They seem to have a lot of fun. Look at her here all kicked back on the bed with her belly sticking out. She's so funny.
